[ Chromosome sorting ]

Hello,

I have a group who want to sort chromosomes from the fly, I am having
trouble finding an appropriate protocol.  If anyone has ideas or have been
isolating fly chromosomes could you send me a protocol or point me in the
correct direction. Thanks for your time and help.
