Hi Flowers Have any of you had good luck with fixing CFSE before analysis. I am particularly referring to fixing after proliferation but just prior to analysis for HIV positive samples. A second related question is combining CFSE with intracellular cytokines...I have done this with PKH26, but I would not think this would work well at all with CFSE since it is bound to the cytosolic proteins...some have reported success..any thoughts?
