532nm laser on sorter?

Dear all,

I am considering adding a 352 nm laser to our Vantage sorter.

To avoid doing some expensive mistake, I would be happy to hear from others
who may have done this.
Questions I am considering:
Our Vantage is equipped with an Enterprise and a 633 HeNe. I am considering
putting the 532 on the 3rd laser bench and mirror it into the 633nm
beampath with a dichroic (I will not be using the 633 and 532
simultaneously). Problems with this setup? Alternative setups?
What power should I aim for? More is usually always better, but would 100
or even 50 mW suffice?
What beam diameter is best? The SP127 HeNe has a beam dia of 1.25mm. How
important is it to match this?
What supplier have others used? Besides the well-known makers, there are
several companies making 532 lasers with respectable power, and specs, at
decidely lower prices. Has anybody tried such a "budget" alternative?

Any feedback is welcome!

Best regards,

Jan Grawé
