Hi!
I know next to nothing about SP, but my question is: if you have such a need
for UV sources and lasers are not cutting it, what is the real impediment to
use lamps like microscopes do? If i'm correct microscopes are less efficient
than a flow cytometer, thus if i can see the samples OK on a microscope then
the excititation intensity must be enough for the flow cytometer. Is it only
machine design or is there something else behind the lack of use of lamps?
