RE: DNAse in BD BrDU Kit

Hi Christine:

 

We use the Sigma DNAse all the time with the kit without issue.  We've
compared home-made to BD made, and without a change it's fine.	Our
stock concentration is made at 1 mg/ml, and kept at -20C.

Hi,

 

I'm using the BD BRDU Flow kit.  It looks like I'm going to run out of
the DNAse before I run out of the other reagents, and BD do not sell
this separately.  Rather than buy the whole kit, has anyone tried
another DNAse with this kit?  Sigma seems to be the only company selling
large enough quantities of DNAse.
