For Fee TMA Analysis

If there is anyone on this list who is involved in TMA analysis for a
fee?
 
I would appreciate to know your criteria and breakdown in setting up TMA
analysis pricing. 
 
It would be useful to know the specifics reflecting number of cores,
markers evaluated per array element; staining vs. analysis, and data
processing and storage times.  Also, is analysis performed on a per hour
basis?
