When we asked about particle flow rates, our question was not in reference to sorting, rather analysis. We hope to re-phrase that question later, but in the meanwhile another question has come up and that is, what problems, if any, do particle analysis flow rates of, e.g., 50k/sec introduce into multi-color analyses. That is, how much more likely is it that false double or triple positives will occur at these relatively high flow rates and to what extent can any such problems be eliminated using the software to exclude multiple cells being 'seen' as one cell?
