Dear Colleagues:

Its time! You need to vote. If you have not voted in the isac election of officers, you
really need
to go do it now. I strongly encourage your participation in the management of your
society. This is
one of the opportunities you have to impact how ISAC operates. If you are an ISAC member
and did not
get an electronic ballot, you should immediately email Rick Koepke of ISAC at
rkoepke@isac-net.org
you better do it fast as the ballots close at midnight March 16 CST (that's Chicago
time).

Item 2: Save yourselves $160 and get your ISAC Congress registration in by Friday March
17th at 12
midnight EST (Thats New York time!). This is a really excellent congress that your
congress
organizing committee has put together. If you go to ISAC Congresses for science - there's
a ton -
over 160 oral presentations. If you go for posters - more than ever before. If you go for
the
exhibits - you are in luck - over 106 booths sold - and the ISAC booth is going to be a
magnet in
the center of the congress hall. All the posters will be up all the time - but remember
you are
given a specific time to be at your poster. The precongress courses in flow and imaging
are filling
up fast- this is really an exciting opportunity to learn from the groud up. There are 15
tutorials
available in one of 3 slots on Saturday morning

Students, take advantage of the low student rate - register by Friday evening!

Book your airfare and accommodation now.

Finally - the congress starts on Saturday afternoon - the tutorials are in the morning
only. So if
you plan to be at the opening session of the congress (Roger Tsien our keynote) remember
it starts
SATURDAY AFTERNOON after the tutorial finish. You have plenty of time to go to the
tutorials (3 if
you want) and the congress opener.

Kind regard
See you in Quebec City
