Dear list members,
I'm studying cyanobacteria, and I nead an intercalating DNA dye excited by Ar-ion laser,
488 nm line. Its emission spectrum mustn't be the same as chloropylle (400-500 nm,
650-700 nm). I want to use Sytox green ? Is anyone already used it ? Is it a
intercalating dye ?
Thanks in advance.
Marion
