Hi Emily,

I had the pleasure of co-editing the second edition of Flow Cytometry
Protocols in Methods in Molecular Biology (Vol. 263, Humana Press,
2004) which contains 24 chapters of step-by-step protocols as well as
tips on experimental design and selection of reagents. Topics include
multiparameter flow cytometry of bacteria and leukocytes, cell cycle
analysis, concurrent analysis of DNA and RNA, measurement of
intracellular kinase signaling cascades, cytokine flow cytometry,
characterization of T-cell subsets, multidimensional approach to
assess apoptosis, detection of candidate stem cells, fluorescent
protein genes as reporters, FRET-based assays, novel methods to
monitor protein-protein interactions, flow-FISH, microarray
fabrication and hybridization, new development in lasers, and
validation of biohazardous containment in high-speed sorting.

Best wishes,
Teresa
