I am interested in labeling dendritic cells with quantum dots for trafficking studies, followed by flow analysis of the draining lymph node suspensions. What would be the optimal emission Qtracker cell labeling kit? Also what wavelength should I use for excitation? I may also double label the cells with DiR so I would want a quantum dot emission that would be compatible.
