Hello All,
We have occasionally experienced a minor issues with bubbles hanging up
under the flow cell in the laminar focusing area when using Milli-Q water as
sheath fluid. At that point, the optical alignment goes west and it's time
to drain and fill the flow cell assembly, sometimes repeatedly. Especially
the BD benchtop user should be aware that these issues can come up. Last
month an issue came up where DI from the cool basement gased when brought
into the warm lab. This has also occured with saline, but seems to be more
rare.

Best regards,
