Apoptosis staining protocol for DCs

Hello All,

I was wondering if anyone has a good staining protocol to detect 
apoptosis in DCs using Annexin V-Fitc, 7-AAD and another PE labelled 
antibody. I would also like ot be able to fix the cells before staining 
them.
