Piotr - We just finished the process of investigating an FC500 vs. a FacsCanto.
We chose the FC500 for several different reasons. I will be happy to speak with you
privately about the if you wish to send me an email w/ questions.

I will be away at FC500 training in Miami next week, but I will be around after 2/27 if
you wish to contact me.

Regards - Leslie Ryan

Subject: FC 500 versus BD Canto

Hello

I would like to bay the new digital cytometr. I would like to choose
between Coulter FC 500 and BD Canto. I use the flow cytometer both for the
clinical and reserch study. For the clinical study (transplant immunology)
I need not only the qualitative but also the quantitative study. Maybe some
one can help me and compare both of the instruments.
It's also interesting for me which of them are "truly" digital as I
remember this problem was discussed earlier but I'm afraid I have skip the
e-mails.

Best Regards

Piotr Wilczek
