Alice: I can answer this question!! The Hilton is on the east end of the congress center and the Delta is on the west end - Both are connected by underground to the congress center. Depending on where you are both have nice views of the city - I think the Hilton probably has the nicest if you are on the east side. These two hotels are literally equidistant from the congress hall....both are relatively modern I am afraid...... if you want to get away from that modern look you probably need to go to the FAIRMONT LE CHâTEAU FRONTENAC - its the best hotel in the old city - you can get a room for a measily $349 - but if you want to really enjoy you could take one of their nicer rooms at $699......!!!!!!!!!! regards paul Alice L.
