MitoSOX Red

Hello

I have an investigator who is interested in using MitoSOX Red
[Invitrogen] to detect superoxide levels in activated T cells. According
to Invitrogen, their investigators have only used this reagent for
imaging applications. This reagent can be excited by 488 nm. So, has
anyone used MitoSOX Red for flow cytometry?
