I am interested to know how people work in clinical labs with the BD cytometer Canto and the Diva software. More precisely I would be very interested if you have some experiment templates to share or even send to me to do phenotyping of Acute leukemia, LLC, and other lymphoproliferative syndromes, using 6 colors and the DIVA software.
