We routinely get 10ng of RNA from 3000 sorted human CECs, and have used
the RNA successfully for Affymetrix chips.

	Hi

I'm new here and I'm really new to flow cytometry. I'm working
on sorting endothelial cells from mouse embryos and then extract RNA
from them. I'm already working on the cytometer trying to establish the
technique but I'm trying to plan my work ahead and one thing I'm trying
to find out is how much RNA, in average, can I expect to extract from a
endothelial cell. I would need this figure so I can plan how many
embryos do I need to achieve the amount of RNA I have been asked. Ethics
department requires me to be as efficient as I can, please help me out.
	Thanks in advance.
	Regards

	ps: Happy New Year!!
