The University of North Texas Health Science Center at Fort Worth has a position open for a Flow Cytometry and Fluorescent Core Manager. This position will oversee a core facility that includes a flow cytometer (Beckman Coulter FC500), FAC (Cytopeia Influx), a fluorescent microscope with imaging system, and a Laser Capture Microscopy System (Arcturus Veritas). This position is expected to help researchers take advantage of this equipment, including experimental design and analysis as needed, as well as maintain the equipment. The duties will also include training of laboratory personnel on specific equipment when appropriate. When time permits, this person will also have an opportunity to work in a research lab.
