I am working on a procedure for identifying IgG and IgM directly on plts. It seems fairly straight forward,
but I'm having problems correlating with a national reference lab's results.  Are there time 
sensitive parts of this tests that may be effecting shared samples, 
or obvious pitfalls in a plt procedure that I'm overlooking?  I'd appreciate any input.
