It is probably one of two things, either your vacuum is not strong enough or 
your solenoid valve which controls this function is bad or stuck.
I would check your vacuum line filter to make sure it does not need to be 
changed (the filter will be off color). It may be clogged enough to reduce 
your vacuum where it is strong enough for your waste but not for the nozzle 
flush. The vacuum pressure on the nozzle flush has to be greater than the 
sheath pressure. Also you might want to check your source of vacuum (house 
or otherwise) to make sure it is up to par.
As far as the solenoid, I believe it is V3. I would first try and tap it to 
make sure it isn't just stuck. If that doesn't work you might have to 
replace it.
