Replies to FITC-PE-7-AAD and APC

  Dear Flowers,
  Before any thing I should thank all those who reply my query. According to your
replies:
  FITC, PE, 7-AAD and APC could be done simultaneously but with proper compensation b/w
FL3 and FL4 where 7-AAD and APC signals are detected respectively.
  7-AAD could be excited well with the blue line and APC as you all know needs the red
one.
  PI is not recommended to be used with the PE conjugated antibodies due to broad
spectrum overlap.
