[isotype control replacement advice request]

I have read all the information regarding isotype controls and I am
confused by the conflicting opinions.  I routines look at antibodies on
platelets and I usually 
use isotype controls in conjunction with CD61,62, PAC-1, and annexin.  I
would appreciate it if someone would give me some advice as to what to
use 
instead of these isotype controls.  I usually set my PMT's with these
isotype controls.  Thank you, Jim Kurtz
