Yes, we sorted C elegans worms using a 200u tip on the MoFlo. Go very low on
pressure (6psi or so,..the gauge is not accurate at these pressures), high
amplitude (nearly peaked), and low frequency (<10,000).

Subject: 200um tip on moflo

Hello
Has anybody gotten the 200um tip to work on the moflo. I seem to remember it
being pretty tough to get a good breakoff and stable stream with the 120.
Freq? Amp? Pressure?

Thanks for all your help
