Anitbody capture beads

Hi, all !

i am planning to use  5 colours, FC500 .. What is the best way to do
compensation for 5 colours using FC500, i heard about antibody capture beads.
did any one has any experience using these beads.? 


i will be really grateful if any one could help me in this issue
