This program was developed a few years ago to analyse cell cycle dna data. The documentation is nil. A few tips. * First open a listfile * Create plots * Create regions (Left mouse click on plots, select regions from menu, choose select, create a region by left mouse clicks on plot, end with SHIFT+Left Mouse click) * Create gates from regions (Combine them with AND or OR) (Default is Gates are the same as regions) * Do math with regions and gates. Look at the screenshots! I do not have a lot of time to update programs but I collect all comments and will update programs every now and then. If you want to distribute these programs please send users to my website with a link to the webpage and not directly to the files.
