Vybrant Violet Cell Cycle

Hi all,

    I am testing the Vybrant Violey dye to set a protocol for a cell 
cycle analysis but i have bad results with cells. I prove it with Chiken 
eryrocythe nucleis and runs perfect with very small CV, but with 
different kind of cells i can't obtain a cell cycle image. I tried 
different concentrations and time of incubation. Any suggestion? Has 
anyone do it? Is anyone using this dye and has a good results?
