Coulter FC500 Flow cytometer

Dear Flowers,
We are a clinical Flow lab in the process of upgrading our service. We have 
received an offer of a Beckman Coulter FC 500 analyzer. If any body has any 
practical experience using this analyzer, if you would be so kind as to give 
us your feedback regarding the operation of this analyzer. Thanks
