Subscription to Cytometry

Dear all,

I've been trying to convince our Librarian that we should have an 
Institutional subscription to Cytometry for our Library. However, she 
keeps being told that there are only individual subscriptions to 
Cytometry available as a part of membership of ISAC.

This sounds very strange to me? Can anyone confirm this? Does anyone 
have a library which subscribes to Cytometry directly (as opposed to 
having copies "donated" by an individual)?
