Hello My name is Verônica and I am a researcher at Heart Institute University of São Paulo in Brazil. A lot of our work is cellular immunology and we use Flow cytometry a lot. Jorge Neumann (who is an old friend) told me about this group and I would like to know if I could join. We are looking for an anti-human FOXp3 antibody and he told me about the discussion you had in the group. I would like to know if any of you has successfully sorted human CD4+/CD25+ human thymocytes by FACS or any by any other method. We have tried several beads kits with no success.
