2 questions about cell cycle analysis

Dear Flowers, I have two questions about cell cycle analysis.  First, has anyone
experienced GFP staining of mammalian cells changing the cell cycle results using PI as
DNA stain as compared to PI stained alone?   Second, I have a client who is comparing PI
and sytox green staining in prostate cancer cells.  He is getting different results with
the two dyes.  Any ideas why?  Thanks for any help you can offer.  Jane Miller, Dept.
