We have been approached to sort faecal bacteria. We also sort
dendritic cells (DC) for other users and so are quite concerned about
endotoxin contamination in the fluidics, since DC will become activated
in response to as little as 1ng LPS/mL. Does anybody have any
experience with this and could you give us any pointers? We operate a
FACSaria. Thank you.
