Dear Flowers,

Can I use BD's Trucount tubes for Ficoll separated human PBMCs [used BD's
CPT tubes(Cell Preparation Tube)for PBMC preparation] to get absolutes of
different cell types in humans. My FACS panel includes 4-5 colors of
different human cell surface markers using CPT separated human PBMCs. Could
any of you suggest any established bead spike method (Vendor and bead size)
for absolute counts. Thanks in advance for your valuable time and
suggestions.

I would like to thank each and everybody for suggesting various options and
dyes for my previous question about dead cell discriminator using violet and
red lasers and also the Purdue University Group responsible for this list.
