COMPRESSED AIR QUALITY

Hi all,

I would like to get some feedback from people as to potential troubles 
caused by pressurized air carrying oil/water vapors. We use a Jun-Air 
6-25 that has SMC dryer and oil filters attached. Filters are exchanged 
but  we still find water vapor (as "mist") and oil droplets in the 
tubings  feeding air to the sorter (Facs Vantage).

As we have the pump in another room  we could live with a louder but not 
oil-immersed pump. What experiences do y'all have with your pumps and 
the quality of compressed air?
