detection of anti-phospho. Ab in the nucleus of PBMCs

I'll am going to do Flow Cytometry to measure Fluorescent anti 
phosphorylated serine Ab to a hormone receptor in the nucleus of PBMCs.  
Has any one had any experience with importing the Ab into the nucleus of 
PBMCs?
