about Mac-1hiF4/80Lo and Mac-1LoF4/80hi

Hello friends,
      I used Mac-1 and F4/80 to stain tissue macophages 
and found there are two subtypes: Mac-1hiF4/80Lo and 
Mac-1LoF4/80hi. Is it Mac-1LoF4/80hi are mature 
macrophages? Who can provide more information about 
that?Thanks.
