DNA PLOIDY AND S-PHASESara

Several recent papers show S-phase as a significant and independent
prognostic indicator in Breast Cancer. These studies were
multi-institutional, utilizing multiple instruments, and examined over one
thousand cases with clinical follow-up data.

  Subject: DNA PLOIDY AND S-PHASE

  Hello Flowers,

I am looking for some good recent references for DNA Ploidy and S-phase
for the following tissues:\

	  Breast

	  Colon

	  Kidney

	  Bladder

	  Ovary

	  Prostate

	  Misc. Tissue

	  Endometrium

We are currently doing some in-house research to see if we should still
continue to provide this testing or if there is another test that will
provide more accurate and better results. Any help would be greatly
appreciated.

  Thank You,

  Sara Markestad, MT (ASCP)
