Sara,

If your looking for standard Immunophenotyping I would suggest you use the
4-color cocktails & protocols that are available now (BD Multitest) and add
1 or 2 colors at choice, you’ll need to perform some (but less than for all
6 colors) titration experiments. If you dispose of the DIVA soft & a Canto
or LSR II, auto compensation should do the trick and you will be able to
start soon.

Although indeed if for clinical purposes, you will have some hard validation
work coming your way.

Anyway Good Luck.

Hello Flowers!

Does any one know of any good references, protocols, procedures that
are available on this topic? We are looking to start 5-6 color
immunophenotyping here in the next couple of months and I would like to see
what others have done or try before I attempt this myself.

Thanks for your help!
