 Hi Sara,

Is this for clinical or research? We routinely do 9 color immunophenotyping
for our research which would probably not be acceptable for clinical work
without some effort as we make several of our own reagents. Also, what
instrumentation are you using?	This would help anyone replying to you to
give any specific fluorochrome/antibody recommendations they might have.

Subject: 5-6 color immunophenotyping

Hello Flowers!

Does any one know of any good references, protocols, procedures
that are available on this topic? We are looking to start 5-6 color
immunophenotyping here in the next couple of months and I would like to
see what others have done or try before I attempt this myself.

Thanks for your help!
