Alpha-Galactosyl Ceramide is NOT commercially available. It is a patented property of Kirin Brewery. Kirin supplies alpha-Galcer for research purposes at no cost but after you sign an MTA with them. Alpha-GalCer goes by the name KRN7000 in their company literature and I understand that the availability is with a lot of strings attached. Try them for yourself - Good Luck.
