Alex, The feature changed slightly in the 6.0 release. Now, the compensation matrix is by default saved within the workspace, instead of in a separate file. If you need to export the file (as is the only option in the older versions), there is an additional menu item for Edit / Save Matrix, under Platform >> Compensate Sample.
