Dear Barbara,

Please check our paper for absolute DNA amount. I am not sure about RNA...

  Dear Flowers:

Hope this is not pushing the flow envelop too far in asking this question. I received this inquiry from a colleague. Thank you all from both of us.

  Hi B.

If you have the time, perhaps you could post the following question:

"Does anyone know the absolute amount (micrograms per million cells) of DNA, ribosomal RNA, transfer RNA and messenger RNA in normal quiescent and growing human leukocytes?". Even partial answers would be appreciated!!

  Thanks.
  D.
