absolute picograms

Hope this is not pushing the flow envelop too far in asking this
question.  I received this inquiry from a colleague.  Thank you all from
both of us.

  If you have the time, perhaps you could post the following question:

 "Does anyone know the absolute amount (micrograms per million cells)
of DNA, ribosomal RNA, transfer RNA and messenger RNA in normal
quiescent and growing human leukocytes?".  Even partial answers would be
appreciated!!
