Green fluorescent stain for K562 cells

Hi,

For the NK cytotoxicity assay, I would like to label the K562 target cells
with a green fluorescent label
Ideally the stain should have minimal impact on cell viability & negligible
transfer to other cells as I incubate PBMCs with the K562 target cells then
determine percentage dead target cells using propidium iodide.

Could anyone suggest an appropriate dye ?

Thanks
Paul
