FACSAria and calcium flux

Hi Everyone,

I have a FACSAria and am interested in doing calcium flux.  My question is that
with the automated sample station, how do I collect a baseline and then take the
sample off, stimulate, and then reload while collecting to the same file?  Is it
possible, or am I going to have to collect the baseline as one file and the
remainder of the time as another?
