someone with flow lab experience because our products run mainly in flow
labs.

Software and Systems Field Agent

1.	Work with customers to coordinate all aspects of software
installation projects.
2.	Configure our software products to meet the specific clinical
and technological needs of the customer.
3.	Thoroughly test each installation in the customer's lab.
4.	Establish wide-area computer network connections (VPN etc.) to
our home office for technical support purposes.

The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a medical,
lab, or computer-related discipline, as well as a minimum of two years
experience in a clinical or research medical lab.  PC software
configuration and network configuration skills are a significant plus.

skills, ability to communicate effectively with customers, and strong
project management skills. Ability to function independently and
organize multiple projects is a key.
