It is my understanding that if you have a four antibody panel (eg for PNH),  you would
bill 88184 and 88185 x 3 and certainly CD45 could be one of the antibodies.  As
previously, one could not bill for CD45 more than once, even if it were in all 8 tubes of
a 8 tube, four color panel.

We are looking at the new codes for testing immunodeficiency.  After review of the new
codes, we are wondering if a charge for the CD45 used in gating a 4-color panel is
allowed?  If so, how does one charge it?  Could the code 88184-First Marker be used?
