It is my understanding that if you have a four antibody panel (eg for PNH), you would bill 88184 and 88185 x 3 and certainly CD45 could be one of the antibodies. As previously, one could not bill for CD45 more than once, even if it were in all 8 tubes of a 8 tube, four color panel.
