question on glucose transporters

Hi, I am fairly new to flow cytometry but am trying to look at the expression of GLUTs
(glucose transporter 1 or 6) on lymphocytes.  I was wondering if any one has experience
looking at labeling glucose transporters or used the fluorescent glucose compound 6-NBDG
from invitrogen. Thank you for any help you can give.  Fay
