Temperature control for sample tubes

Hello Flowers,

I wish to run samples through a BD LSR over a period of an hour in order
to view events in certain channels vs. time. I would like to maintain
the temperature of the contents of the tube constant (30 deg C)
throughout the entire hour. Bar immersing the tube, SIP and SIP arm in
a home-made water bath-type apparatus or positioning a bunsen burner at
a certain distance from the tube (or raising the ambient temp of the lab
up to 30 deg!) does anyone have any suggestions on how I might achieve
this? Can a type of temperature-controlled "nappy" ("diaper" for our
American friends) of some kind be placed around the tube? Has anybody
heard of such a contraption?

Regards,

Ultan
