Dear Flow'ers We have been using DAKO Cytomation software for our offline analysis. Unfortunately, it does not seem to work on the newer 11 channel data from one of my collaborators. We are going to purchase PC based offline analysis software and I am looking for recommendations for programs that will work on >10 channel data from the Aria, Canto, etc. So far, it looks like our options are: FlowJo for PC ($1344) FCS Express ($500) WinList ($2000) Looking for some guidance here in PC land.
